    It's too bad that the one thing that helps the most - yoga - caused you pain. I am not a chronic pain sufferer but am a chronic complainer if I get any pain at all, lol. My shoulder problem was a bone spur that chopped off muscles and it will be ok eventually once the mended muscles knit together and the sanded-down bone gets filled in.

    For now, I just finished with PT and they think I will do the stuff at home (right) and that it should be okay. For now, it still hurts if I reach upward. No Pentecostal church for me! (no offense).
