To remain positive in spite of many health issues, to exercise as much as I am able to do, and to be mindful of what I eat and why I eat.

I am cooking at home more, journaling food and watching sodium intake, eating lots of fruit and vegetables and drinking lots of water. I am walking every day and reading recipes and uplifting articles and blogs every day!

Don't be embarrassed, my friend! We all have things that throw us off and if it creates panic it is a big deal! I used to panic over going to other people's houses! After awhile I realized it never was that bad and realized that I could bring something to help myself and our friends (always veggies and healthy dip) and in turn give myself something healthy to replace chips, candy, pretzels, etc! And I stopped taking seconds, brought my own diet beverage, and even if I had a dessert I always ask for a small piece!
You were thrown with a number of times out in a short time! Can
you look back at each time (even write it out) and review what you could have done differently, so the next time you will be more prepared for these kind of situations! And praise yourself for the good choices you made!
