Time to bust through this plateau once and for all and get the beastly huge muscles I want!

My Goals:
Get beastly huge muscles.

My Program:
Food: Trying to avoid processed foods as much as possible. Cook at home a lot, eat fresh & local stuff. Purchase all meat from known local ranches. NO GRAZING. Using my FitBit as a guide to daily calorie amounts.

Exercise: strength training 2 times a week, cardio every day for 20+ minutes.

Personal Information:
I used to be a dancer. My brain still thinks my stomach is in a dancer's body (it's not). I still love dancing, and I like running quite a bit, even though I'm not that great at it yet. I am a retired karaoke star.


Other Information:
I'm a total gym rat. I love working out, and I'll try pretty much any exercise (although I get a little skeptical about some of the hyped-up stuff).

I love World of Warcraft, writing, photography, and of course, dance. I love any music I can dance to, and I love making mix tapes.

I am a wine fanatic and a cocktail aficionado. I'm a total foodie and I love cooking, even though I am the slowest cook of all time. (And the foodie/drink fan is why the being-a-gym-rat thing hasn't made me a skinny B yet lol)

Absolutely agree! I can't punch anyone at work, but I can certainly kick the crap out of orcs all day long! Very cathartic! Sometimes WoW is the only sane part of my day!
