2016 has so far been the worst year of my life. Just trying to make it through every day.

I am hoping to 'reset' the year on the Fall Equinox and try to take back some control of my life. I am a proud member of the Purple Passion Leaves of Change Fall Challenge, and I know our awesome team will help me achieve my goals!

11 pounds down: 1920s style silk robe - COMPLETE!
16 pounds down: Aeon Flux cartoon DVDs
21 pounds down: new bookshelves
26 pounds down: red boots
31 pounds down: horseback riding lessons

Fitness Minutes: 103,069

My Goals:
Get beastly huge muscles.

My Program:
Food: Trying to avoid processed foods as much as possible. Cook at home a lot, eat fresh & local stuff. Purchase all meat from known local ranches. NO GRAZING. Using my FitBit as a guide to daily calorie amounts.

Exercise: strength training 2 times a week, cardio every day for 20+ minutes.

Personal Information:
I used to be a dancer. My brain still thinks my stomach is in a dancer's body (it's not). I still love dancing, and I like running quite a bit, even though I'm not that great at it yet. I am a retired karaoke star.

Other Information:
I'm a total gym rat. I love working out, and I'll try pretty much any exercise (although I get a little skeptical about some of the hyped-up stuff).

I love World of Warcraft, writing, photography, and of course, dance. I love any music I can dance to, and I love making mix tapes.

I am a wine fanatic and a cocktail aficionado. I'm a total foodie and I love cooking, even though I am the slowest cook of all time. (And the foodie/drink fan is why the being-a-gym-rat thing hasn't made me a skinny B yet lol)

    E-50 JUMPING JACKS (50 Seated Jumping Jacks)

    X-30 PUSH UPS (30 Wall Pushups)

    A-30 ALTERNATING HAMSTRING CURLS (30 Standing Hip Flexion/Extension holding the back of a chair or wall)

    M-50 HIGH KNEE MARCH IN PLACE (50 Seated High Knee Marches)

    Do what you can, modify what you need to, but try your best, regardless of fitness level! If you’ve got a suggestion on an exercise you’d like to see incorporated into the challenges, please let us know!
