My Goals:
1. Get back to my post-Cambridge weight (145 pounds).

2. Break hearts (just not my husband's)

Super long-term goal: run the Big Sur half marathon.

My Program:
Food: Using the SparkSolution as a guide, but incorporating other foods, mostly with recipes from Cooking Light or our CSA. Using my FitBit as a guide to daily calorie amounts.

Exercise: strength training 2 times a week, cardio every day for 20+ minutes.

Personal Information:
I used to be a dancer. My brain still thinks my stomach is in a dancer's body (it's not). I still love dancing, and I like running quite a bit, even though I'm not that great at it yet. I am a retired karaoke star.


Other Information:
I'm a total gym rat. I love working out, and I'll try pretty much any exercise (although I get a little skeptical about some of the hyped-up stuff).

I love World of Warcraft, writing, photography, and of course, dance. I love any music I can dance to, and I love making mix tapes.

I am a wine fanatic and a cocktail aficionado. I'm a total foodie and I love cooking, even though I am the slowest cook of all time. (And the foodie/drink fan is why the being-a-gym-rat thing hasn't made me a skinny B yet lol)

i can relate about finding a hotel that accomodates a healthy lifestyle. I was tired of seeing only raw or over cooked veggies as my only meal options and requested simple vegetarian dishes. On my next trip was pleased to see stirfrys, tofu, bean and noodle dishes. Have a great day and thanks for your encouragement and support on my latest blog. emoticon
