Hi everyone! I'm Lauren and I'm working on becoming more active again.

I'm a kindergarten teacher, so I'm on my feet and running around all day long but I find myself very tired and exhausted after work. That makes it difficult to want to exercise and I'm not big on getting up any earlier. I'm working on finding the motivation to keep going in the evenings.

My husband and I got married in July (7/15/16) and are enjoying settling into married life together.

I grew up as a dancer and after college I stopped completely. This year I went back to tap class. I love it! It's taken me some time to get my choreography brain back (and my feet!) but it's coming and I'm really enjoying that. It gives me a definite one night a week to be active which is great.

I've recently started doing the BeachBody workouts. I completed Cize and am now doing the 21 Day Fix program. I love them and find them easy to do because they aren't very time-consuming.

My summer 2017 5% challenge commitment:
I will follow my beachbody exercise program and workout 6 days a week.
I will continue to track my meals.
I will plan my meals ahead of time.
