White Tigers Biggest Loser Spring Into Action!!!

I am at 270 lbs now and not proud that I regained the weight. I have to start all over again...I can do this because I am a White TIger!!! White tigers are fierce!

I hope that I can lose the weight and keep it off. I am trying to cut my Cherry Peps's to Peps's. So that in reality is a saving of 60 calories a day for 4 sodas.

I have everything I need to start losing the weight! Whatch Tigers this is my time to really start losing the weight!!!

I will be walking 30 minutes a day for 5 days with my WATP-Leslie Sasone dvd.

I will be riding 10 minutes a day for 5 days a week on my stationary bike.

I will be strengthening with my medicine ball, dumb bells, and kettle bell weights 7 days a week.
