My Goals:
I'm almost 24 years old and am on a mission to be as happy as I can be. Happiness to me means feeling fulfilled (or almost) on all aspects: mind, body and soul. So that is my goal, to find a balance that makes me feel comfortable, confident and excited about everyday!

My Program:
 Introducing healthy habits into my everyday life, while slowly getting rid of the less healthy and time wasting ones - this is on all levels: nutrition, fitness and just life in general.

6 exams holy moly! I know, I haven't been very healthy at all lately :( although I have been active 6 out of the last 7 days so that's something right??

Have you found any good recipes?? I think that is the major thing I am missing, healthy eating. I just get bored you know?

heya! I've been off of spark for a while too.. the injury took way longer than I expected to get better and then it was exams at school so I ended up stressed out and stopped exercising! SILLY I know better haha

how many exams have you got to do? you'll do awesome, I'm sure of it :)
