Lauren: my schedule for workout is as follows:
Mon-3:30-4:15 run; 4:30-5:30 body pump at north club Tue-6:30-7:30p turbokick at north club Wed-9:30am step with Quentin at Austin Bluffs; 5:30p body pump at north club Thur- 9:30am step at north club; (possibly 5:30 kickboxing at Austin bluffs, not sure yet) Fri- rest (but I could do like a 3-mile walk if you're up to it) Sat- turbokick at 9 am north; followed by body pump at 10 am same club Sun- rest, again, willing to do a light walk.

Hahaha, girl, that me giggle! If someone had the balls to say that to my face in person, they'd get a dam shock at my feisty side :) But online, best to rise above it, I can't help but think that karma has served it's purpose in this case ;) I noticed that she's gone in and edited the comment to something which I'm considering to be a little sarcastic after the last one, but I find her bitterness to be entertaining lol :) Thanks for the support though, don't apologise! I go to the North Club and Austin Bluffs during the week and on Saturday. You are more than welcome to join me. I do step classes, kickboxing, Body Pump (weight lifting) and use the machines. I really try to mix it up each week, but I definitely have my staples. Let me know if you want to meet in person (like at the gym one day).
