My Goals:
Live Life To The Fullest!

This year i plan to:
*improve my social skills
*take some classes
*step out of my comfort zone more often
*compete in 2 open water triathlons
*be less judgemental
*get rid of the flab
*do at least 1000 fitness minutes a month.

My Program:
for 2014:
do at least 30 minutes a day of fitness.
more strength training, swimming and water aerobics,
yoga
lead a fitness group at church

I wouldn't add extra xanthan gum. Maybe it's just the recipes you've been using?? I've had good success with the King Arthur Flour GF recipes.
Greg is the actual member. I was very surprised to get the award.

I don't build any models....this award was for service to the club. I help out in registration and always bring cookies to the contests. I'm not a member of the club and that's apparently one of the prerequisites for that particular award.
I do like PiYo. Not always while I'm doing it, though ;-) It's a tough one but it definitely helps with flexibility and strength.
