My Goals:
IF NOT NOW, WHEN? My goals are simple. To reclaim my health thru body, mind, and soul. This is not about the scale. This is a total fitness quest.

My Program:
I try to eat every three hours to keep my metabolism at an even keel, balancing protein with healthy carbs.

I do some cardio every day and alternate my weight lifting with upper body one day and lower body the next.

I was going between two sights doing this and this year will be using only SP. :) This will help me get a better visual of with more accurate reports.

Personal Information:
I am from South Dakota. I was raised on a farm and still miss it. I owned and operated semi's and drove Coast to Coast for 14 years by myself. I have always been and will always be a "blue-collar" gal. :)

Other Information:
I am still self-employed. I have a portrait studio now and people send me their photos and I do custom work for them. My daughter draws with me. My husband as a Wood working shop and we have combined our talents with Laser equipment now.

DH would be a fright if he didn't cut his hair for 2 years. He goes every month right now. Yep, sometimes you have to put yourself first. Have a wonderful Friday!

Hi Ducky! It's good to see you back and I'm glad to be here more consistently, too. We'll have to catch up. Glad to see that things are moving along for you! Hugs!

Thank you for your comment on my blog. Im glad Im not the only one whos tired after babysitting. I have a 3 year old and a 4 year old and on days when there is no school a 7 year old too. The only one who naps is the 3 year old. That used to be my rest time but no more naps for the 4 year old.
Every time I look at your art I am so amazed. You and your daughter are so talented! I love looking at the pictures you put on here.

Thanks for your comment on my blog!

My KC loves to walk with me. New little Teddy isn't used to his collar yet, much less his leash.

Today I walked with KC, but my DH walked KC around the yard.

Thanks for all the wonderful comments on my blogs. Yes, I was a pistol "in the day", as my sons would say and that hasn't changed much. Just using a different kind of ammunition-SP!
