My Goals:
IF NOT NOW, WHEN? My goals are simple. To reclaim my health thru body, mind, and soul. This is not about the scale. This is a total fitness quest.

My Program:
I try to eat every three hours to keep my metabolism at an even keel, balancing protein with healthy carbs.

I do some cardio every day and alternate my weight lifting with upper body one day and lower body the next.

I was going between two sights doing this and this year will be using only SP. :) This will help me get a better visual of with more accurate reports.

Personal Information:
I am from South Dakota. I was raised on a farm and still miss it. I owned and operated semi's and drove Coast to Coast for 14 years by myself. I have always been and will always be a "blue-collar" gal. :)

Other Information:
I am still self-employed. I have a portrait studio now and people send me their photos and I do custom work for them. My daughter draws with me. My husband as a Wood working shop and we have combined our talents with Laser equipment now.

Well that makes sense. But man! I'd weight 500 lbs. if I ate that much protein. Well, because there's fat involved. I've been using an ounce of cheese with breakfast to try to curb the carbs. It does work. But I think the fat content is backfiring on me.

So you produce too much insulin. Wouldn't you have to eat more carbs then so you don't bottom out? Or is that what you're saying?
