Hi. I'm Janet. I have learned to love to work-out, even though I am not coordinated. I'm not going to worry about what I can't do like jump rope. I will just keep practicing until I get better. I might never run a marathon, but I will be able to run up the street. I will concentrate on what I like doing like riding my bike and doing cross fit.

My diet will get better. If I want to eat a candy bar, I will take a bit and then determine if it is worth it. If not, I won't feel guilty about throwing it away. I will try to eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day. Clean eating is the key.
