Makin' it Stick!

My Program:
Exercise: walking every day on lunch and at home minimum 50 minutes.

Aerobic/strength training 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes. Get sweaty!

Track food every day (I do it in writing)

I live in California winecountry with my awesome husband. We have two Beagles and a cat.

Thanks for the suggestion on my new challenge! It's as if you know me! I adore PIE- it's one of my weaknesses! I think One Piece of Pie in 30 days is a good challenge for myself.

I actually have *two* tips - so shoot me :)

1) Don't feel you have to absorb all the information available here in one fell swoop - a lot of new people feel overwhelmed as you are when first starting with this site and program........it's perfectly OK to start small and take "baby steps" to learn all the great things here!

2) You may want to consider joining one or more SparkTeams - many folks like to be part of a group sharing similar interests, for purposes of morale support.......there are all kinds of teams that represent age groups, health conditions, geographic areas, you name it - you can likely find it there ....... just do a search in the SparkTeams area and see what comes up for you that you may like!
