Yo, what's up?
This past year has been a whirlwind and my son is now officially a toddler! He is such an awesome little boy. I'm so proud of him every day. He was born 7 weeks early and very tiny, and now he is healthy and happy. He inspires me to do my best every day and not let negativity get me down. I want to be healthier for him and my husband.

My Goals:
Goal for 5% Spring into Summer Challenge: - Weight as of 5/5/13: 158.8 pounds - Target weight for 7/7/13: 150.9 pounds **GOAL: Loose 7.9 lbs by 7/7/13** Long-term goals: - To be 130 pounds by my son's 2nd birthday in October. - To enjoy my beloved Zumba class without huffing and puffing!! - To live a long healthy life so that I can be there for my husband and son
My Program:
- Eat 1310 - 1660 calories per day - Burn at least 1550 calories per week by doing at least 50 minutes of cardio 4 days per week (2 spin classes and 2 Zumba classes) - Get in additional random acts of fitness Also.... - Track food intake daily - Going to bed at or before 10PM so that I can get close to enough sleep. - Drink 8 glasses of water per day
