The Final Countdown

*Lost 37 pounds in 2008 by eating healthy and exercising.
*Gained 8 pounds back.

This is the last time I am going to lose this weight and this time it's for keeps.
I'm changing my life to be healthier and have more energy. I want to be a strong mommy and someday a strong grandma.
When I eat healthy and exercise I feel the way I'm supposed to feel and that's the big motivation I need to do what's best for me.

Hi there! I saw on a post you made a while back that you had the Xbox Kinect. Do you still have/use it? If so, you should come check out our 'Kinect to Spark' team. We have regular challenges, updates, reviews, and right now we even have a challenge that will be giving the winner a copy of Dance Central 2. Come check us out!

I think you are right, and I was focusing on what was ahead of me: 6 miles, a distance I have never ran. If I break it up, it is not that scary. What I might do is run an unfamiliar route for say what the 6 miles should take me, with not worry about my pace or if I walk too much. Than, when I get home, if I want, figure out the distance, lol. Trickery of the mind, tehehe!

I actually do the same thing... I think about my blogs than when I get to the computer, I never actually write them. Oh, well. I guess it is good that I still think about that jazz.

Maybe all this hard runs will add up to an easy run on race day.. one can hope, lol.

Have a GREAT day!!!
