Reaching my goal one day at a time !!!

I have tried so many weight loss plans and not stuck to them - this time I am praying for the strength and power to get this weight off and keep it off. I welcome encouragement and look forward to being a Spark People member!!

My Goals:
Exercise by swimming and doing Yoga at least 3 - 4 days a week. Work up to 5 days a week for at least 1 hour. Lose 50 pounds and keep it off.

My Program:
Exercise 30 minutes a day 3 -4 days a week and work up to 60 minutes by mid July. Drink a gallon of water a day, eat more vegtables and fruit each day and limit my carbs.
