My Goals:
My long term goal is to go from 150 lbs to 134, losing about 1 lb a week. My stretch goal is really 130, but I am not sure that's realistic in the long term. I will find out. But beyond the numbers, I want to be at a weight where I feel like me again. I want to feel light and strong and know that I can pull something out of my closet and it will fit.
My Program:
Track my food and exercise daily. Exercise at least 6 days a week, cardio and weights. Eat whole foods in their natural state as much as possible, but Lean Cuisines are OK since they make portion control so easy & I bring them to work. Eat fruits and vegetables!
Personal Information:
I am an exercise fanatic, I do many different things every day and love it. But most especially Cathe Friedrich! I am married w/2 kids and am a second-career nurse, I work on a medical and a psychiatric unit. I just started doing wound care at the psych hospital - excited about that!
Other Information:
I love Duncan Sheik's music. My favorite movies are Brazil and Rushmore. Ihave a 15 year old daughter and 13 year old son, so I'm basically insane right now. My family loves to ski.
