    Turbo Fire is fun,but it's not for everyone. I would recommend anyone who've never worked out to any videos like this to start slow then work yourself up. I would start with Billy Blanks -Taebo . When you master some of the moves without hurting your back then move on to- Turbo Jam- by Chalene Johnson. When you are comfortable with those moves and speed and you are ready for a challenge then move onto -Turbo Fire. NOW if you are insane and want to do a INTENSE-Sweaty-Hard core- Boot Camp class then try - Insanity- by Shawn T.. Don't forget a towel. plenty of water and knee pads because you are going to fall to the ground many times from exhaustion,but you will feel really good when you see the results. I hope after reading all of this, you can see that walking is much safer. lol emoticon Have fun on whatever you do,but don't forget to change it up.
