cheers to a new lifestyle!

I am a mother, a recent FIDM graduate, and an inspired woman ready to face future challenges head on! about 3 years ago i joined a gym and started working with a fitness instructor as well as taking many classes on a regular basis. This new lifestyle changed my life in such a positive way. i met a lot of people with the same goals as me and i learned a lot about diet,health, and fitness as well. This helped me to lose 20lbs and sparked a thirst for knowledge in me having to do with anything ...

A while back i hit a plateu. since then i have not been able to lose fat just maintain. So recently i spend hours researching and l reading others success stories to figure how to shed this extra fat. so now i am trying a new cleaner "diet" and a slightly increased amount of exercise. cant wait to see where it takes me!

My Goals:
my goal is to lose fat and gain muscle while staying about the same weight. eat 5 serving of fruits and veggies a day.

My Program:
previously to lose weight, in addition to exercise, i would lower my calorie intake to 600 calories and i was always starving!!! so i have started taking the recommendations of spark nutrition and am eating more and upped my workout a bit. hope this helps me lose fat (crossing my fingers)!

Other Information:
i am a recent FIDM grad with a major in fashion design, i live in nor-cal, love reading, going on vacays with my boyfriend, and spending time with the fam!

HI! omg lydia i did so freakin bad last week..i couldnt even add all my foods cuz i knew i did so bad but im back on track now..im playing tennis! u should see me im so sore! plus i feel im getin sick..or allergies i dont know but it sucks..but sick or not sick or rain or shine im still workin out w. my co-worker..now a guy joined us who works w. us so its fun! we need a coffee date!! asap.

hey girly!well ive been trying to do things that r cheap like the zumba guy gave all of us a disscount i brought like 7 girls in lol so its cheap..and rugby is out team for chops ( the place i work at) so its free..ive been also doing workouts on tv i discovered that theres workouts on demand! n i love the bootcamp abs one!ive been working a lot this week since its spring break for the kids i got extra hours at work..but next week im back to my regular routine ..run run run! lol but yeah i have started to eat more because i stoped losing weight! and im tiered a lot! we have to go on that hike soon!
