My General Plan

For success, I need a plan. I'm still working towards my goal weight, which is 150#. I've join BLC 23 as an added challenge. So far, I'm walking, going to Curves, strength training and eating sensibly.

My Goals:

I've been doing 'Mini Fast with Exercise' by Julian Whitaker. It's helped me.

Personal Information:
I enjoy most exercise programs. 5'5" female, 67 yr old, married with 4 adult daughters, retired and travel when possible.



Other Information:
My enjoyments are family, reading, exercise, dogs, movies, gardening, sewing and friends.

I work at the local food bank 2 days per week and at a thrift store that uses it's proceeds to buy food for the food bank.
