OMG! I am horrified at all the fires out west. I still have family in Idaho and California. Here we are getting rained out and sweltering in the humidity and out west, there is no water where water is needed. I hope your smoke clears soon. Great job on points. You beat me again. I made 5793 this week. My exercise and finishing a book helped.

That is awful hot and you have to be careful when working outside in that kind of weather. It is so humid here, I am drenched within five minutes, but when I have work to do, I just keep going. Wow! 10K steps is really a lot for me. When I was training for races, I did it like it was nothing, but now my knees hurt so much, I'm lucky if I do 2K per day. I guess that is why I like number of minutes for exercise because I can adapt the exercises to what I can do. Have a good evening.

Sorry, I don't know about the step challenge, but I just got a new pedometer, so we can compete, if you want.
