Yes still walking if not outside I am doing the Walk Away the Pounds DVD's and other workouts inside on rainy or very windy days.
I got 65 miles last week and 68 the week before so very active I use my Fit Bit and of course it counts all my steps not just when I workout.
We will have to get together when you get back and all settled in back here. I saw on the news the Yakima river is running very high right now. Have a great rest of your day and do over do anything don't need to hurry healing takes a while.
