I would like to run a 5k at some point, hopefully by graduation. Current goals:
- 210lbs - Get new fitness t-shirt (Hogwarts one) - 200lbs - Get new fitness t-shirt (Doctor Who one) - 190lbs - Get new fitness t-shirt (Mordor one)
In two years, I would like to participate in a local 5k on July 4th.
I'm going to start slow for a while, since I haven't worked out in a long time. This includes: -Taking the stairs instead of the elevator -Watching what I eat -Doing the SparkPeople fitness videos
