Our monthly challenge is the "September 2013 Fitness Challenge" You compete with your fitness pledge. Feel free to join at any time. The weekly challenges change from week to week and cover various topics. This week it's called "Eat The Rainbow" and the purpose is help everyone eat their freggies in a fun way. The great thing about a weekly challenges is that they are short term so you don't get bored. We also maintain a bi-monthly challenge to help you with other goals you may have, right now it's called "I Am A Rock. I am an island" and concentrates on how your feeling.
Introduce yourself to the team through the "Getting To Know Each Other" thread and add your birthday to the birthday list. We would love to help you celebrate.
