I live in New Zealand which is a very beautiful country...I am in the South Island....
I have 3 children...all adults and living their own lives and a step son who is married and living in another city...
My Hubby and I have been married nearly 15 years thanks to our kids putting us together....
Have 1 grandson and 2 step grandchildren

I have a dream job at our local university and get to journey with the students that I am able to connect with.....

My Goals:
To complete the 5% Spring challenge and achieve a 5% loss....woohoo...
I want to be well below my WW goal by mid May and have written the weights I want to achieve in my diary....have set realistic achievements of 400grms a week....I think this will equate to around .8 of a pound per week....
Totally doable...woohoo....


My Program:
For the 5% Spring Challenge I will use WeightWatchers ...

I will also go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week and will do my Strength program..... will also walk for 30 to 40 mins 2 to 3 times a week... If I don't achieve the gym I will certainly be walking

I will follow Weight Watchers Simple Start for the challenge....

Thanks for reading my blog! Walking a half marathon is interesting -- how long does it take? I need to run just cause I get bored otherwise! But a half marathon is still too long for me.
