I live in New Zealand which is a very beautiful country...I am in the South Island....
I have 3 children...all adults and living their own lives and a step son who is married and living in another city...
My Hubby and I have been married nearly 17 years thanks to our kids putting us together....
Have 2 grandsons and 2 step grandchildren

I have a dream job at our local university and get to journey with the students that I am able to connect with.....

I'm glad the No S Diet is working for you - I poked around on the website, but I think the rules are too strict for me. Snacking is actually a big part of my plan - I've been told in the past that the key is to keep your metabolism steady throughout the day by having snacks and small meals, rather than just three large meals which cause your metabolism to spike and then come back down. I have no idea if there's truth in that, but its what helped me lose weight 5 years ago. (of course, you have to snack on the RIGHT things)

A classmate of mine told me he recently lost 50+ pounds doing what he coined the "Don't Eat Like an A-Hole Diet". Basically, think about what you're eating before it goes in your mouth! That's what I've been trying to do - I try to plan my meals and snacks at the top of the day. I still eat some sweets and snacks, but only thoughtfully and in moderation!
