Don’t just count calories, and don't just count your reps … “Count Your Blessings.” Giving thanks can do a lot more than just change your outlook on life. It can also benefit your body, your health, and even the number on the scale. Be thankful of what your body can do, and think of exercise as a gift you’ve been given—rather than a chore. . . and you’ll be more likely to stick with it!
