My Goals:
My goals for 2015 are to
1. Stop drinking diet soda/carbonated beverages

2. Stop mindless/senseless nighttime and weekend snacking

3. Walk/wog/jog a 1/2 marathon

4. Walk/wog/jog a 10 K

5. Walk/wog/jog a 5 K

6. Lose 52 pounds (1 lb per week). My stretch goal for weight loss is lose 78 pounds (1.5 lb per week).

7. Utilize Public Transportation

8. Walk 2015 miles in 2015

My Program:
To meet goal 1 - Go cold turkey 1/1/15

To meet goal 2 - I am practicing conscious eating in the evenings and weekends.

To meet goal 3- I am going to complete the Biggest Loser Run/Walk on 6/20 in Rockford, IL. I will follow the Biggest Loser Run/Walk/Training Program which starts 3/2

To meet goal 4. I am going to complete the Ferguson Twilight run 10 K on 5/16/15.

To meet Goal 5 - I am going to complete the Shamrock Shuffle on 3/7. I will use Spark Peoples Walk/Jog program to prepare for this and will start training on 2/2/15

6. Eat clean, track food intake using SP tracker 6 of 7 days a week; stay within recommended SP points range 6 of 7 days a week.

7. Take the train to work 3x per week on T,W,R

8. Walk 10,000 steps on work days; 15,000+ on Sat and Sunday.


Personal Information:
Hello! I'm a long time Sparker (I joined in 2009) but didn't get serious until August 2012. I love how this program has helped me improve my health.

I live in Ferguson, MO, I'm a RN working in Quality Improvement for a Fortune 500 insurance company. I am an avid sports fan and LOVE my Missouri Tigers and St. Louis Cardinals.

I'm looking forward to 2015 and continuing on this my Spark Journey!
