I'm still around, just silently logging food and exercise in the background. I've been wearing my fit bit and started doing Body By Vi again which worked well for me in the past. I'm at my highest weight of all time (had a huge slip in May and let it go until about July which meant a 20lb weight gain).... not impressed with myself let's just say that. How are you?
HEY!!! I haven't seen you around here! Are you lurking in the background? How are you doing? I did see your status about having an addiction to sweets. I think that's the hardest thing for people to quit! I am so lucky I don't enjoy sweets very much at all so I have no problem staying away from them.... it's the CHIPS and all other products made from potatoes (fries, chips, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, the list goes on and on) that I cannot resist! But it's not even like a "salt" addiction because I don't even like things that are really salty! UGH!
