Need help loosing

I'm trying to loose weight for myself. I feel fat and I feel people look at me like that. My health isn't as good as before my children. After my two kids I have gained alot of weight

My Goals:
My Goals are basically... I want to loose weight.

1- Drink 8+ (8oz) glasses of Water (or 4+ 1pt bottles of H2O)

2- Attempt to stay away from Junk food (Candy, Ice Cream, soda)

Live Healthier...

3- CARDIO at least 30 minutes three or more times a week.

4- Don't look at a scale Until 30 days from the last time.

5- Become a Hot MaMa!

6- Measure my body when I jump on the scale.

7- Cook MORE

My Program:
as of TODAY Aug, 6, 2009. I am waiting to hear back from the local GYM, so I know how much I will be paying.

Then... I will bring in a water bottle and work my ass off as much as I possibly can. ;)

Other Information:
My boyfriend and I REALLY want to get pregnant... We've tried for over a year, and I think If I obsess over something more healthy, I'll get a baby sooner. ;)
