Learn how to live the healthy way on a daily basis so I follow the plan the rest of my life.

Diet: Going to try low carb.

Exercise: None as an accident left me unable to participate in exercise.

Love spending time with my family. Have 5 grandkids who are a delight. Plus another on the way!

I like reading and carry a book or iPad for reading with me so I don't sit idle while waiting for appointments, etc. Patricia Cornwell is a favorite author. I collect cookbooks.

My favorite color is burgundy. I enjoy word, hidden object, and puzzle games.

Hogwarts focuses on all aspects of healthy living and some role playing. Summer term is more relaxed with fewer "classes". You choose what you focus on each week. Some of the classes include (but are not limited to) doing household chores, making goals and to do lists to find ways to meet them, writing/journaling/creating a writers book, creating artwork, nutrition and cooking, being grateful and many more. There is a section for physical activity (includes strength, cardio and yoga options). You choose between 2 - 4 from the list to work on each week. It's a lot of fun and I think you'd enjoy it. There is a lot of interaction between the sub-teams (houses) as "students" interact with each other on the class threads.

If you think this sounds like fun I'll let the HM (Head Mistress aka leadeer) know you'd like to join us for the summer term. This summer we are going to be living in a fairy tale. You come up with a fairy tail character and where you will be living (like Cinderella living in a storybook castle).

It sounds more complex than it really is and summer is more relaxed and fun.

Hey there! Nice to hear from you. I am glad you are adding some carbs back because you can limit it too much. I am glad you are listening to your body. I have had problems with my knee and my RA, and depression (which makes me binge eat) so I totally understand obstacles. BUT I know as well as anyone that you can do whatever you set your mind to. Hello! Thanks for stopping bty my Page. I'm sorry to hear about your accidnet but hope you are greatly improved. I'm so glad to hear that you are continuing on this health and fitness journey. It is just a way of life for me and I know it's not an easy journey but isn't that what makes life exciting?
