Aloha, Welcome to my page. It has been edited over the years. I'm simplifying this portion of it. So here goes:

My inspirations are Joe C. Donnelly, David Kimmerle, Zuska Light, Bella Falconi, and some yoga friends. fitness

I invest a whole LOT of my time and some $$ into self improvement, which really boils down to making healthy habits, and thinking right and making more good choices, or the best ever choices. One TedTalks speaker says "fake it 'til you become it." 2 more great lines that apply to everyone are "start where you are but START where you are! and "do what you can but DO what you can!"

I started out low energy and studied how to get more energy which blazed an interesting trail, still is. Nutrition was a hot topic. I've come incredibly far with intuition and internet, and incredible persistence.

I can share a million and one things i've learned that will blow your mind. Some I already leeked out in my blogs. Have a look

Fitness Minutes: 25,819

My Goals:
To be as healthy and full of energy as I can be. +To take my shirt off anywhere and feel great about it. +To have healthy glowing radiant golden flawless skin, tan with defined musculature. +To be as strong and as fast as I can be. +To get to goal weight 205 lbs,and maintain amazing health. +To be incredibly successful and wealthy doing what i love. +To help others, share, teach, improve lives, raise conciousness. +To live as long as I can. +To heal the planet and save the world, so life thrives, and reforest!

My Program:
REBOUNDING at LEAST 10 minutes each day, preferably in the morning before food, this increases fat loss by 9x's.

STRETCHING each day to stay limber and avoid injury and feel young and flexible and happy and lower cortisol(a fat storing hormone)

Lifting heavy weights to secrete hormones that build muscle and burn bodyfat~cardio can't do that. Squats, compounding moves like plank, pullups, pushups, lunges working the largest muscle groups. Sprint 8 method is best.

Enjoying nature, parks, chillaxin, GROUNDING BAREFOOT, and training my mind. QiGong in morning and evening!

Plenty of rest.

Aromatase Enzyme Inhitition, and Detox Methods, and Nutrient/Mineral Fortification.

Tons of smoothies, a few juices, hopefully some cleanses, lots of raw organic whole foods, lots of nummy desserts made of superfoods! lots of raw honey for enzymes, lots of chia seeds, real spring water.

Using the Law of Attraction in an Abundance manner!

    Hi Sweet Friend,

    I hope that 2014 is starting off right for you. So far on my end, things are on track. I haven't announced my goals or changes on FB but I've dropped sugar's and grains (any processed foods) from my diet. Paleo/Primal -- This is day 6 of my new way of eating. Tomorrow we will record our numbers. I hope that there will be a nice change. I don't know what the scale and measuring tape will say yet but I sure know that I feel tons better.

    I'm really feeling good about the year ahead Seth... Let's do this together again... but this time for good. I still want to reward us with our plan at goal.

    I've passed my half way mark now. :0) I have set a mini challenge to lose 15 more lbs before Halloween. 15... I can do it. I will start back at the gym with Peggy on Tuesday. I'm excited to get back into with her and hopefully our trainer. Miss you!

    Hey Handsome!

    Well work work work.. who has time for life huh? hehe Grateful to have a job and even more of a bonus... Loving the one i do have.

    You may miss me on FB. I've made my account inactive for a while. It keeps me up later at night then I should be. So until i get used to having to get back up at 4:30am I thought it was a good time to go cold turkey on it. There really isn't much there I am missing anyway.

    Katie and I continue on our journey of getting more fit. I bought me a new bike and am loving it. We are still going to the high school stadium in most evenings and putting in a good workout. The last time I went I actually did more of a circuit type workout rather then taking laps and doing a few stairs. I may add little stations along the way such as a jump rope and dumb bell weights. something little and easy to carry in with me. As far as weight... I'm back down to my smallest i've been in a while. Still 25 lbs from goal.. (At least my first goal) I've been through my closet and thrown out all of the clothes that became too big for me. I've separated up the sizes that are smaller then I am now. They are also in bags. When I lose a few more then I will take everything out of my closet and donate those as well. Keep nothing.. there's no going back. lol Funny thing is, I go looking for a shirt or pants I know i have and have to remember.. heyyyy they were too big... they are at goodwill now! ;)

    I'm loving like pretty much. There is no major complaints except for me becoming less of a people person. Kind of scares me of what's out there now days. Irritates me on how some people act and how they let their kids act. Makes me scared for our future... (i know.. totally off

    Thanks for the thoughtful comment on my page. I agree there is a lot of chemical and hormonal components to weight loss but I also think there is a personal energy component as well. In that people do better when they have support and companionship along their journey. Exercising with folks or interactively talking/posting about it with friends has a profound impact on "sticktoitiveness" and success. Also personal losses and stresses, such as you shared in your story, can negatively impact us hormonally, emotionally, energetically, metaphysically, spiritually, etc. Sparkpeople is a wonderful venue for collective consciousness and finding benevolent strangers to ignite that supportive energy. I'm happy to cheer you along your path. I learn so much from other Sparkers and what works for them and what resonates for me. There are so many great ways to mix it up and keep it creative and interesting. On a final note for now, there are some inspirational youtube videos that I watched a few months back on "Earthing" which is essentially barefoot grounding. Carol Tuttle a published author on the chakras recommends it for opening the "Foot chakra/or the lower level of the root chakra." There is really something special about wiggling the toes in grass or sand and feeling the soil pulse upwards into the body. At least once a month (winter included) I lay down on the grass, breath in the delicious air, and gaze at the sky dressed in the clouds, moon and stars. It is quite possibly the time when I am most aware of the abundance that is all around.
