Thanks and Welcome to my Page! This is a fun environment to build a positive relationship with Health, Wellness, and Best version of ourselves!
My name is Seth and I'm currently 38 years young living in North Carolina USA. I have been interested in Nutrition since about 2010. I desire to be a version of myself I can be proud of and very comfortable in my own skin. This version I speak of is attainable and a work in progress. I've set a goal to be at a weight by my 40th Birthday I decided is equal to the version I choose to be of ME.
I'm very fortunate to have gained so much wisdom and tools over the years to align the resources required to achieve my goals. The final most important next move is ACTION. Implementation.
Some examples include: Rebounding as often as possible, grounding/earthing as often as possible. Eating organic and fresh as often as possible. Sleeping and resting as deep as possible. Pushing my intensity during activity as much as possible. Taking certain herbs, spices, supplements in strategic ways. Including weights and bodyweight exercises, including qigong and yoga to balance hormones to improve weight loss, meditation and motivational videos, quotes, memes, saying no to a lot of junk food and saying HELL NO to self sabotage!, and saying OH YES to letting go and allowing Love and Fun and Abundance and Pride to flood and flow in my life. And Gratitude!

Basically to feel super comfortable in my own skin. To feel sexy. To express myself better with clothes by "showing off" rather than "hiding." I want to take my shirt off and look muscular and masculine and healthy!
To feel Great, Amazing, Healthy, Wonderful, Full of Energy, Ready to get physical and take on anything, to feel Young and limber and able and willing.
To be a fantastic version of myself and continue to grow.
To be fit, feel fit, and look fit! doesn't that really say it all?!!
40th Birthday April 4th 2018 is when I want to "reach" my "goal" but everything above is true now then and all the years after. I'll strive to become those things especially from now til the birthday marker.
REBOUNDING at LEAST 10 minutes each day, preferably in the morning BEFORE food, this increases fat loss by UP TO 9X TIMES AS MUCH!!!!!
STRETCHING each day to stay limber and avoid injury and feel young and flexible and happy and lower cortisol (a fat storing hormone) and connect me with breath more spiritually in the present moment.
Lifting heavy weights(type 2A fast twitch muscle fibers) to secrete hormones that build muscle and burn bodyfat~keeping it under half hour (the exact opposite of what cardio does). Squats, compounding moves like plank, pullups, pushups, lunges working the largest muscle groups. Sprint 8 method is best.
Enjoying nature, parks, chillaxin, GROUNDING BAREFOOT, and training my mind. QiGong in morning and evening!
Plenty of rest.
