My goal is to love myself more and by that I mean to stop all the unneccesarry eating, picking and begin to have a very realistic view moving forward. I love food for all the wrong reasons. I want to learn to eat to live not live to eat.
I am journaling and tracking my food intake. I am also taking yoga classes 3x a week and working out 30 minutes 3 times a week on my ellyptical.
I am an artist and love to paint. I am a Fashion Designer and love my work. I am a healing arts practitioner, board certified and love to support the health and well being of others. My favorite movie is The Other Side of Midnight.
