I had nothing to do my husband and I watched a marathon of "King of the Hill!" Man, I love that show! Lol! In fact, I'm still watching it now, but I'll be cutting it off soon so I can go to bed. That show will never get old to me....NEVER! Lol! Wow, where did you get the Strickland Propane t-shirts? I may have to get one! No matter how much more weight you want to lose, you're off to a great takes patience, and small steps. You'll get to your goal soon enough! I hope you're having a wonderful weekend.

One thing I would suggest is: Keep collecting Spark Friends like candy!! It is calorie free and they always give you something to "chew on"!!

You can just "friend" need to ask. We are friendly and don't bite!

You can find motivation and inspiration from everyone here, even those that are struggling (because you know how they feel!!) Welcome new people, Join teams, blog, join challenges, blog, be excited, blog. And did I mention: blog? The future fabulous you will want to look back at your journey and will want to encourage others!! When the excitement wanes (it WILL!!) put down your pom poms and lurk in the background, (but don't leave and don't do too much damage) and wait for the tide to turn...pick up your oars and keep rowing.

You can do this!!
