i have now maintained my weight of 132 for a year--- my goal is 110. My heaviest weight was 185. I am 5''1" tall so am a petite build with an apple shape. So I am setting the restart button because I have been playing around and not losing. My exercise is struggling because we needed a new car so I dropped the gym membership. So by God''s grace I am going to lean on him to say no to foods that allure me.! I also am going to Him with All my anxiety and problems.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 32 lbs. and be able to wear a 6 petite in anything so my shoulders fit, etc. My bigger desire is to prevent diabetes and osteoporosis and to keep as fit as possible.

My Program:
I am using the South Beach Diet with the Petite Advantage calorie counts.
I am doing weights and cardio 3 days a week. I am doing cardio and Pilates 3 days a week. Beginning this week I plan on doing cardio on the 7th day too!

Personal Information:
I was born in MN and lived in several other states but am happy to be back home.

Other Information:
My favorite book is the Bible. I was saved when reading the book of Matthew in 1971. I am thankful that the Lord's mercies are new everyday.

On YouTube through my Wii! They are amazing!! You should look it up! It is Yoga with Adrian! She Has a 30 day boot camp that you can do. And also Pilates online academy. THEY ARE BOTH FREE!!

You sound like a kindred spirit to me: took me decades of trying and retrying before it has "stuck" now to the point that I'm in my sixth year of maintaining, about 100 pounds under my lifetime highest. At 5'3" my target is to stay around 120... but it is not the number on the scale that is most important to me, it is the fitness and the ability to go out and swim, bike, and run... to still be active and "inspire" those young 'uns!
