My goal is just to get healthier. I am not so much concerned about the number on the scale as I am about rebooting my habits of everyday living.
But numbers are important. My son gradates June 2014 and leaves for the Air Force in July. I want to be a good size smaller by the time he graduates( 150 ) and about 140 when he graduates Basic Training. Leaving me the hard 10 to work off for a Christmas present to myself.
This isn't my first time losing weight but it is the heaviest I have ever been. I don't want to be here again. My mail goal is to learn from past mistakes and lack of focus.
I was successful on the Metabolic Research Center program until I took a break from it. I am going back to the menus they supplied me to jump start my metabolism and learning how to eat cleaner. I was successful in losing 35 lbs in 3 months on their program...but it is so hard to follow after a couple of months.
I am Julie Maddox. I am a contract medical records coder and live on a farm with my family.

Our grass too has been growing slow, just too cold. Just heard on the radio of a farmer moving his cattle to rented pasture even south of us and that pasture still was not good yet. The GLBH did mow our lawn Monday and it needed it in most places. Julie, you and your have a great day. The ole Farmer Skeeter
