My goal is just to get healthier. I am not so much concerned about the number on the scale as I am about rebooting my habits of everyday living.
But numbers are important. My son gradates June 2014 and leaves for the Air Force in July. I want to be a good size smaller by the time he graduates( 150 ) and about 140 when he graduates Basic Training. Leaving me the hard 10 to work off for a Christmas present to myself.
This isn't my first time losing weight but it is the heaviest I have ever been. I don't want to be here again. My mail goal is to learn from past mistakes and lack of focus.
I was successful on the Metabolic Research Center program until I took a break from it. I am going back to the menus they supplied me to jump start my metabolism and learning how to eat cleaner. I was successful in losing 35 lbs in 3 months on their program...but it is so hard to follow after a couple of months.
I am Julie Maddox. I am a contract medical records coder and live on a farm with my family.
Wishing you and yours a happy & healthy holiday season. As we close out 2014, take a few moments to reflect and review your successes and make any renovations necessary to ensure 2015 is your BEST year yet!
Glad to see you back Julie, always nice to keep connected with old acquaintances. One more day and the beans will be done, then the big job of doing the corn. S # 1 is coming from N C to help for a week, always enjoy his help. Much good luck to you and your family.
