My goal is just to get healthier. I am not so much concerned about the number on the scale as I am about rebooting my habits of everyday living.
But numbers are important. My son gradates June 2014 and leaves for the Air Force in July. I want to be a good size smaller by the time he graduates( 150 ) and about 140 when he graduates Basic Training. Leaving me the hard 10 to work off for a Christmas present to myself.
This isn't my first time losing weight but it is the heaviest I have ever been. I don't want to be here again. My mail goal is to learn from past mistakes and lack of focus.
I was successful on the Metabolic Research Center program until I took a break from it. I am going back to the menus they supplied me to jump start my metabolism and learning how to eat cleaner. I was successful in losing 35 lbs in 3 months on their program...but it is so hard to follow after a couple of months.
