Winter/Spring 2015Ö

This Winter & Spring it is game on for getting into tip-top shape! It's time to finally hit peak levels of performance and push myself really hard. I am really excited for these upcoming challenges!

This Winter & Spring it is game on for getting into tip-top shape! It's time to finally hit peak levels of performance and push myself really hard. I am really excited for these upcoming challenges!


3 months and counting until my goal date. The goal is to be in better shape than I am now :) My plan is to workout 6 days a week with an active rest day on Saturdays. Iím aiming to run 15 miles a week to start, and will gradually increase from there, up to 25 miles a week, for a total mileage of 200 miles. I will follow my regular eating plan and strive for a 5 lb loss each month. In the Spring, Iíll be able to count snorkeling, surfing, paddleboarding, and kayaking in to my plan!

I've been running for the last twenty years and have been knocked out of marathon training a couple of times with hip flexor injuries. As a result, I've had to taper back my distance and try to listen to my body. But if I'm smart about it, there's no reason I can't beat some of my personal bests in running times! I AM SO EXCITED!!!!

Haven't missed a day since getting the new treadmill. After time off I missed it too much and decided there was no reason to not run at least one mile every day.

Hi! I haven't been on in forever. You're right, I was pregnant and had my baby boy June 5! I've been following the container system from 21 Day Fix since the end of June which is why I haven't been on here to put in my calories - too time consuming to figure out 2 different systems! I'm back to running and will be doing a marathon on the 11th. How are you? You're pregnant now? Congrats if so!!! :)

Yes, having meals planned and prepped ahead of time is AMAZING for staying on track. It keeps all the thought and the last minute "what's for dinner... let's get takeout" completely out of the equation!

I'm down about 2.5 lbs in the last couple of weeks, just making that change. Um, ok!!! Now if only I could get into a good routine for exercise... I'd be golden!!

It looks like you're making awesome progress too!! Way to go!!!!
