I'm going through changes

No Sparkers, not that change! Lol I've been at this now for a couple of months and I feel like I've partially completed the overhaul. I just finished the 4 week program of hip hop abs along with the 4 week exercise boot camp challenge and I've dropped 22lbs so far! I've still got a long road ahead but slow and steady wins this race! Tomorrow I'm starting the 4 week brazil butt lift program, great name I know! As well as the 4 week spring boot camp challenge with a goal of losing 10lbs in 4 ...

My Goals:
My main goals are to be at a healthy weight and be able to play outside with my kids and not feel tired and uncomfortable doing it!

My Program:
This month I'm doing Brazil Butt Lift program by BeachBody and the 4 week spring into shape boot camp on SP.

Personal Information:
Moving back to the States after 3 years in Germany! We're visiting family in MA for a month then moving on to our next home for 3 years, NY!

Other Information:
I love, love, love to read! I also love playing sports and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I can't say they always come out great but I try!

Hey Thanks for the friend add. I added you as well. Welcome to SP. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but everyone here is really friendly. I began by just logging my food and exercise, then slowly began posting and finally blogging.
