I know I have come along way. I never walked or ran I drove or rode. Now I walk, bike, jog, golf weight lift, zumba, aquasize even take step classes and TRX! My Bone density, muscle tone, overall health is so very much improved! Thanks to over 10 years of weekly work. Now what? I still have not gotten down to the size of body that is best for my health! This is the final frontier. FACE it that if you always do what you always did you will always get what you always got!

Build on my success of fitness but add food tracking and weight management! That is whats up this year for sure. I have had success but it has been fleeting. I know that I can lose. As I have before but to stay there that is the Goal. Stay in the trenches!

My Goals:
Learn to Swim fast and skilled.
Try Hola Hooping
Ride my bike, walk run, be active.
Run 10k Terry Fox and raise a pile of cash this fall.
Try a duathalon Run 4 miles
and ride 25miles

My Program:
Weights 2X a wk Cardio 6X per wk and walk or Skate every day!!
Run a mile 2X every week min.

I did add one at the encouragement of another of my spark buds. She is a wonderful inspiration to me and she is coming to Winnipeg next Father's Day for the MB marathon! She is coming all the way across the world to take part. I told her I would run the 5K, but seriously, I'm wondering if I should do more. If she can run half-marathons with her poor health and obesity, maybe I can?

And you run? Oh my goodness, you'll have to give me pointers, Margaret!

Way to go on being under your carbs and fat today, Margaret!

I'm usually way over carbs and under on fats and protein. This week, I've really been trying and I've hit it right a few times.
