    Hi there, happy to share tri training strategies! Mine is in May and I am pretty excited! It's a pool swim, not open water - I thought it would be easier. I'm using a training program I found online - www.trinewbies.com. I am a runner so I've been stepping up the running but it is a pretty good basic program, I think. What are you doing to train?

    Thanks for following me! I love running. I've been sidelined for a while because of knee surgery (not running related) - but I'm trying to rebuild my mileage. I have run 37 marathons, and it's addictive (and exhausting). I miss it. One day soon...
    I haven't gotten up the nerve to do a tri yet.
