My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to live a healthy life style and improve myself mentally, spiritually and physically. I want to get to a healthy weight which for me would be 140 to 160 pounds. I know that I have to change my lifestyle and I am willing to commit to a new start.

My Program:
I am trying to cut down on calories keeping it down to 1600 ideally. And be more physically actiive with short burst of high intensity workouts and moderate low intesity workouts for longer sets. I also trying to weight train to build muscle which I must of lost a lot of muscle tone.
