Getting Healthy

I am a fairly typical yo-yo dieter and foodaholic. I lost 24lbs last Spring on Nutrisystem and felt great; however I don't think their food is always very healthy. Then I broke my leg the end of May and have gained it all back. The most important goal for me now is to exercise on a regular basis as well as eathing healthy.
