Judy: I noticed your comment on June 24 re: having trouble with the fitness part of the program. One of the things that seems to work for me is taking it in very small steps. I keep a set of free weights by my chair and when I watch a show, I use the free weights during the commercials. Can be done either from standing or sitting. Also, if you have a fitness ball, try sitting on that while you watch a show. It really makes a difference because you are using your core muscles to balance.
