Hello,

Thank you for the Spark Goodie you sent me when I asked for support. I am not giving up but it is tough to keep going when I have such small losses when I think I am doing so good. I do the best I can and log my food, exercise, etc. but evidently not enough. I appreciate your lending an ear! I am adding you as a friend; I hope that is ok. How are you doing with this challenge?
