The Lifetime Journey

I came to sparkpeople to keep track of what I ate and also to follow my progress with my exercising. I recently had bariatric surgery. I had lost about half of what I have so far on my own but came to realize I wasn't going to be able to do the rest by myself. Keeping track of my activity and what I eat will be a lifetime routine for me. My doctor requires that we log everything we eat and maintain an exercise routine. Even with surgery this is still an hour by hour struggle to eat healthy ...

Keeping track of my activity and what I eat will be a lifetime routine for me. My doctor requires that we log everything we eat and maintain an exercise routine. Even with surgery this is still an hour by hour struggle to eat healthy and take care of myself. This is truly a journey that I will be on for the rest of my life. At least now I know I have a good chance to the rest of it,

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I think for now I will just build my own plan and go from there. I can't afford another coach who isn't up to competition standards w/ eating.

BTW.... You look great! Congratulations on your success!

Thanks for the comment on my blog, Tammie. You know more than anyone what I am struggling with, so your words mean more to me than anyone else's.
