4-17-16 Wow, it's been seven years, where has the time gone! Back again to take off the extra weight. I did lose 25# back in 2011 and I know what to do and how to do it. I'll be 64 next month and would like some these pounds off by our vacation in June.

4-4-09 I FELL OFF THE WAGON! Up to late January I was doing great. Then I got distracted. I have reasons, I was busy, the weather was nasty, my house needed to be cleaned, the kids needed to be driven, husband wanted my help . . . and a million other excuses. So, I took the attention off me, stopped eating right, stopped exercising and gained some weight back. I am so disappointed in myself. My smaller size clothes don't fit and so have pulled out my bigger pants again. I wanted to just give up . . . but that stomach roll was there mocking me and I do want to feel different, look different, be different, and so here I go again! Starting weight 147!


9-25-08 I was pretty much a skinny kid and young adult, although there are several generations with weight issues in my family. Beginning in my thirties my metabolism slowed way down. I started gaining weight and after the birth of my three children in my late thirties, I added 10# with each. Four years ago at 52 I decided that I didn�t want to carry the extra weight into my �golden years�. I did Weight Watcher's and got to my then goal weight of 130#. The weight stayed off for a couple of years and in the last two years it has crept up to 160#.
