My Goals:
Goals for January 2010: 1. Get back into the habit of tracking my food and exercise. 2. Using the videos to jump start my activity level. 3. Plan to join events (biking, walking) so as to have concrete goals to look forward to.

1. Tracking my food 2. Tracking my exercise 3. Using stickers on my calendar to motivate me. 4. Finding positive people to join me on my journey.

Originally from Hawaii, I now live in Olympia WA. I teach piano in my home.
Other Information:
Although I miss the warm days, I love this place for it's easy access to a variety of recreation opportunities. Mountains, bike trails, camping grounds, etc.
