My Goals:
I started out at 242 (at my 're-starting weigh-in on 6-18-12) and my goal is 160, which was my weight right before I had my son. I can, and I WILL do this!! :)

My Program:
To achieve my goals, I am keeping a food diary, not the one online. I find that one I can physically carry around with me (old fashioned paper & pen) works best & keeps me honest with myself. I am measuring out any foods that aren't pre-packaged and eating more fruits & veggies.

Personal Information:
I've noticed that as I've become more devoted to making this work, my kids have picked up on my habits. They've made comments about wanting to eat healthier and that makes me proud. Evidentally, I'm doing something right. :)

Thanks for the well wishes, my ankle is getting better its still a little swollen and bruised, I have just been taking it easy.

In response to your question on my status, according to my spark tracker I get just under 5 miles with 10,000 steps its like 4.9 miles, the last few days I have only been getting about half of that.

Hi... I just visited the Tall Girls team and saw that you commented on the wall within the last month. whoa has that group ever been inactive! Who am I to talk? I haven't been on here in about 2 years consistently. So, I'm trying to revamp my friends list and make sure I have some active friends on here.
