What did you do yesterday to get closer to your goal weight? I walked the dogs, walked 2 miles on my own and bought the Beck Solution book and workbook.

We're about the same age and do about the same things about our exercise daily. Walking with family members, threadmill if nothing else possible, stairs. That's why I nominated you. ... yes, I am baffled, but at least i don't feel like I can't sit in my slacks anymore! I still need to see the scale tip a bit though and tighten up on that measuring tape - I would feel a whole lot better:)
