Hello, I'm Amber. I originally joined SP years ago. I knew I needed to change something when I saw pictures of me with friends and couldn't bare the way I look. Unfortunately not long after I joined SP, I fell back into my old ways and gave up on myself. I quit smoking in October of 2013 and gained quite a bit of weight. When I finally stepped on a scale again, I knew I needed to do something.. I was 370 pounds at my heaviest. There was no way I could continue to live the way I was, so I came back to SP in November of 2013. I lost about 103 pounds as of my last weigh in, in March 2014. 100 pounds in 4 months. I had hit a plateau and I started smoking again and let myself down, so I gave up on the great progress I was making. A little over a year and a half later and I've gained some of the weight back, thankfully not all of it, but 25lbs is still too much. So, I reminded myself of how well I did, and I'm back to do it all over again.
