Hi there! I don't know cauliflower steak specifically... But roasted cauliflower is excellent - gives it a great texture. I usually do it in florets but slabs or whole works just as well... Bit longer cooking time.

Make a balsamic and olive oil vinegrette ( salt and pepper to taste) drizzle or brush on and cook at 400 in a pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 15 minutes, brush a little more vinegrette, repeat until fork tender. Sprinkle with a few raisins while it's still hot, and drizzle a bit more vinegrette and brush or mix... Sounds weird but it's tasty!
