Exercise and lower carb. CONSTANT DAILY ATTENTION to what I need to do. Then do it!

I am a 42 year mom, CMA, and wife. I am entering what my ma calls the wonder years. And enjoying every moment.

First of all, congrats on your weight loss! You've already done what most have not been able to do.

Welcome to the Living Binge Free team. We don't expect most people to go cold turkey, because that's not typical! It's more about reducing and managing and phasing out. You MAY have to eat a bit more at your meals for awhile to get you going. It can be very hard to manage bingeing when we are actively limiting calories "from the outside." But when your body and mind get that you will not continually starve them, urges get more manageable and eventually less food is enough! It is not a linear process and not usually very short. Let us hold your hand through it!
