Get a Move On!
Join me in this incredible journey to lose over 60 lbs of blubber from my little body! I am 5"2" tall and currently weigh 199 lbs. My body fat is 44.92 %--OUCH! That hurts to say. I am hoping my trials and hardwork will motivate another person.

My trainer has set up the following:
Cardio on the treadmill for 30 min.twice per week.
Two HIIT workouts per week. Three weights workouts each week. I can take one day off.
