Since I was able to complete my first 5K, my goals have changed. I want to do at least 5 races a year. I am so excited about this!!
Currently, I go to the gym at least 6 times a week. I get bored easily so I do a lot of fun classes. I do Zumba, Kickboxing, Circuit Training and Pilates. I also use the treadmill, elliptical, stair master and do a lot of weight training.
